Nisibis Assyrian Theological College provides students with access to scholarly resources through the Australian University College of Divinity (AUCD).

Access to Academic Resources

Nisibis students have access to academic databases and research materials via the AUCD Library Portal. In 2027, the portal will give access to the following scholarly collections:

  • Oxford Reference. Access to Oxford’s quality collection of encyclopaedias, companions and dictionaries, bringing together over 2 million entries, many of which are illustrated with accompanying maps and timelines.
  • Open Access Digital Theological Library (OADTL). A search portal for religious studies and related disciplines from publisher websites, institutional repositories, scholarly societies, archives, and stable public domain collections. Contains over 190,000 ebooks, 900,000 full-text journal articles.
  • JSTOR Arts and Sciences. 2,100 full-text journals and 27,000 ebooks in 50+ disciplines in the areas of Arts and Sciences.
  • Gale OneFile. Over 20,000 full-text journals, newspapers and magazines, plus videos from BBC Worldwide Learning, CNN, NPR and thousands of podcasts covering humanities, history, business, social sciences, the arts, theology, religion, medicine, and classic literature.

Login credentials are provided in each course unit booklet.

Students should use those credentials to access the AUCD Library Portal directly.
